Patients rate 'very good' care

Patients have rated the overall care at Guy’s and St Thomas’ as 'very good', according to the results of the national NHS inpatient survey.


More than 500 patients gave their feedback and the overall experience of care rating was 8.5 out of 10. This is one of the best scores for trusts in London.


Guy’s and St Thomas’ performance, compared to other trusts, is better for eight of the 63 benchmarking indicators and about the same for the others.
