NHS Staff Survey results

Guy’s and St Thomas’ achieved the highest engagement score of all ‘combined acute and community trusts’ according to the national NHS Staff Survey results.

A total of 88% of staff who responded are happy with the standard of care we provide, compared to the national average of 69%. And 78% of staff would recommend the Trust as a place to work, compared to the average of 59%.

Amanda Pritchard, Chief Executive, says this is good news for both our staff and our patients. She explains: “Research indicates that happy and engaged staff provide better patient care.”
